The Center for Microsurgical Breast Reconstruction Are You a Candidate for Breast Reconstruction?

Patient Letters

The following is the real-life story of Brenda, a IGAP Flap Reconstruction patient.

Dear Dr. Levin & Staff,

Well it's been two weeks today since my reconstructive surgery and I have
returned to work (executive assistant) for half days only for starters.

When I saw my family physician Dr. Hector Ruiz to have my leg drainage tube
removed he also checked all of my incisions. Dr. Ruiz was very impressed
with your work and the outcome of my recovery. Dr. Ruiz only re-affirmed the
confidence that I already felt with you and your team of professionals.

Thank you Dr. Levine for your knowledge and talents. I am already feeing
better about myself and will no longer have the constant reminder of the
results of breast cancer. My life is moving on and I hope that should the
occasion arise I may help others that may be fighting the same battles.

Thanks also to Michelle and Clare for your patience and promptness in
returning my calls when I have questions. You girls are great!

Thanks again! I am already looking forward to my consultation to discuss
Stage II.

Sincerely,

Brenda
